My successes.

Eric Sanchez grew Infinity Technology Consultants from a computer repair business to a full-fledged IT management services company. ITC offers IT consulting, cloud solutions, project management, and on-demand service to small businesses. Sanchez sees IT management not just as a service but as a partnership with the small businesses he works with. He says “Our mission is to provide small businesses value-driven IT solutions that create opportunities and enable growth.”

ITC has gathered a large following on social media, through which it has been able to reach small businesses all over the country. Their YouTube channel, which features video how-tos on computer repairs, IT basics, and ITC’s own tools and services, has over 5,000 followers. The company has also grown, adding more employees and moving to a bigger office space.

How SCORE helped.

Sanchez sought mentoring just as he was growing out of his home office. He wanted someone who could help him lay the framework for his business and broaden his clientele. SCORE mentors Jim Binnibese and Richard Jozwiakowski helped Sanchez develop a marketing strategy and learn small business essentials like bookkeeping.

Sanchez says “Jim and Richard have gone above and beyond to help me understand the complexities that go into marketing. I still meet with them occasionally to discuss new problems that come up. They have been an excellent resource that has helped ITC grow to what it is today.”
